This website describes GainFound and lets you contact us. The example figures, businesses and findings shown on it and in the interactive demo are illustrative. They are not a prediction of what a review of your business will find.

We work to keep the website accurate and available but don’t promise it will always be either. The content, design and the GainFound name and mark belong to The Developer Desk Ltd. You may not copy or reuse them without our permission.

Reviews

We provide reviews to businesses, not to consumers. Every review is carried out under a written engagement letter agreed before work starts. It sets out the scope, the records involved, the fixed fee, the timescale, confidentiality and how your records are handled and deleted. If anything on this website differs from your engagement letter, the engagement letter applies.

A review identifies possible opportunities and explains the evidence for each. It is not legal, tax or accounting advice. Whether to invoice a customer, change a process or take any other action is your business’s decision.

The GainFound software

The GainFound monthly workspace is in development. When it is offered, it will come with its own subscription terms.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
